Microgreens, What are they?
Microgreens are an exotic genre of edible greens. Small in stature yet robust in tastes!
​
They are the tender immature greens produced from the seeds of vegetables and herbs, having two fully developed cotyledon leaves with or without the emergence of a rudimentary pair of first true leaves.
​
Microgreens are not the same as baby greens, which are larger, or sprouts, which are harvested earlier and contain the roots but not the true leaves.
